Easy step-by-step approach
Welcome to the MAP Coaching Program. You are welcome to attend as many sessions as you like – and there is a lot to choose from! Here is a simple approach to getting started with The MAP Method.
1- Print the schedule or save it on your google calendar.
2- Choose one live MAP session/week that fits your schedule. If none is available for you, schedule an hour where you will listen to a recorded MAP session (see recorded sessions tab).
3- Download the Month 1 Discovery Sheet (see Tools for your journey tab) and schedule some time to fill it out (about 20 minutes)
4- Schedule a time with your Success coach (Look for an email from email@example.com)
For your first month with us, begin with this simple plan:
Set a goal to attend 1 MAP session a week. Be sure to fill in your discovery sheets (found in tools for your journey tab) to get the most out of these sessions!
Once you get comfortable with One MAP session a week add 1 Live Magnetization session per week. You will eventually learn how to magnetize by yourself, but in the beginning, it’s best to attend and enjoy the power of the group.
Once you feel comfortable with these 2 activities a week you can begin to attend Colette’s Monday Magnifying session on Facebook. This will help you clarify and focus on your vision
NOTE: As soon as you can get a session with your success coach Chellee. She will help you define and refine your path and help you along the way. Connect with Chellee firstname.lastname@example.org
After your clarity session with Chellee, you will have a specific path created for your goals, desires, and success. Month 2 you can begin your personalized journey, knowing that Chellee will be here to help you any step of the way.
Step 3: What’s included in your package
The MAP Coaching program is like the YMCA for your mental and emotional fitness. It’s not about endless information, its about effective ACTION that, over time, will create deep and lasting transformation.
Remember, just like physical fitness, the way to improve is to do the exercises! We encourage you to connect with your new community (facebook group link) and attend group sessions often!

Need Help Processing?
Any of the tools you already use to get grounded and centered when emotions arise can also be used in between MAP Session. The above video offers an additional centering technique you can use if you feel stuck processing. It’s also helpful to use “MAP on the Go” if anything “comes up” after your session.
If things feel like too much, please contact your coach or a qualified emotional/mental health professional.
